[Fintech News] How Will Hong Kong’s Digital Currency E-HKD Work?
I read the whitepaper and it looks like they are developing e-HKD based on the research results of Project LionRock, Inthanone-LionRock and mCBDC. There are some mentions of Enterprise Ethereum (Quorum) and Hyperledger Fabric, but the implementation is Corda.
[Ledger Insights] Nigeria launches second largest CBDC pilot
eNaira is a CBDC built on Hyperledger Fabric by Stellar’s partner Bitt Inc’s Digital Currency Management System (DCMS), which can be integrated with any blockchain.
Mr. Anish Jain, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, was the Vice President of Market Development Operations at Mastercard. Mr. Ram Chari, Director and Group Director, was the CEO of MasterCard ElectraCard Services.
The fact that XinFin advisor André Casterman follows WadzPay on Twitter also seems credible. The fact that the words of Mastercard’s current CEO are quoted on WadzPay’s official website, I wonder if they are claiming that WadzPay will play that role. It looks like they have a very strong connection.

[Ledger Insights] Partior’s blockchain governance explored. Roadmap includes CBDC
It’s all a different project. You may have seen the name JPM Coin, but that is the currency used in Onyx. An extension of Project Ubin is Partior, and Nexus is a project supported by the BIS Innovation Hub from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the National Payments Corporation of India.
Dunbar involves the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Reserve Bank of Australia, the Bank Negara Malaysia, and the South African Reserve Bank; Jura involves the Bank of France and the Swiss National Bank; and mCBDC Bridge involves the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Bank of Thailand, the People’s Bank of China, and the Central Bank of the UAE.

[Global Trade Review] GLEIF joins forces with Contour to boost LEI adoption
If we implement LEI, we’ll be able to identify which company’s output message is the LEI identifier, which will increase the transparency of the transaction! Also, it will lead to mutual compatibility of communication between banks and companies, which is emphasized in ISO 20022. I wrote a bit about the LEI in this article.

[Fintech News] A Look Into Switzerland’s Distributed Ledger Technology Act
It is an explanation of the Swiss DLT law. An area of Switzerland called Cryptovalley is the home of crypto assets. Of these, Zug is home to 400 companies, nearly half of the total number of companies in the Cryptovalley as of March 2021. The image below is a quote from CV VC(Crypto Valley Venture Capital).
CipherTrace’s main product, DeFi Compli, a compliance protection tool that focuses on AML (Anti Money Laundering), is made of Chainlink.
10/29(Fri) – 4 incidents
R3’s partner, Red Date Technology, has stated that they plan to have a full infrastructure of non-replacement tokens (NFTs) up and running by the end of January 2022. NFT as a technology seems to be allowed in China as long as it is not associated with cryptocurrency.
It will be called “BSN-DDC (Distributed Digital Certificate)” instead of “NFT” for regulatory reasons, but this infrastructure will be almost the only way to access the market in compliance with local regulations. It seems that users can choose a platform from 10 different permission chains, but the specific chain names have not been disclosed.
Tezos, Cosmos, NEO, Nervos, EOS, IRISnet, Ethereum, and Chainlink are already integrated into the BSN. Enterprise blockchains include Corda, Quorum, Hyperledger Fabric, FISCO BCOS, CITA, and XuperChain (tentative). As of September 2020, the public chain is already localized and no longer available for virtual currency transactions.

At the SG FinTech Festival, the world’s largest FinTech festival, Contour was selected as a finalist for the MAS-sponsored “2021 FinTech Awards”, as was Xfers, the company that built XSGD on Zilliqa.
It was a job worth explaining. (accomplishment)
I’ve put together this article to help you decide which crypto currencies the news will affect and where to invest for the long term. I would like to make articles that do more than just satisfy my thirst for knowledge.
I’m ashamed of myself for feeling so self-satisfied, so accomplished! Fennec is still amazing!
